This is a renovation project of an old private house located in the “Takehara Machinami Preservation District” in Takehara City.
The project is planned to have a lodging facility on the first floor and a café on the second floor, and based on the client’s request for a café where screenings can be held on the second floor, the height of the building is planned to change in three stages to create a “theater x café” concept.
Construction is scheduled to be completed in July 2025.
